How We Work
We use FASTFORM Advanced simulation software to model part feasibility and die design before any tooling is built, eliminating trial-and-error iterations and ensuring first-piece accuracy. Our in-house tool room allows fast die adjustments without outside vendors, keeping your program on schedule.
Our servo-driven press controls allow us to vary the speed and pressure applied throughout a forming stroke, giving us the ability to produce complex geometries with consistent, repeatable results.
Secondary Operations In-House
ATACO handles secondary work without outside vendors, including robotic and manual welding, 3D 5-axis laser cutting, press brake forming, and 2D laser cutting. Keeping these operations under one roof reduces lead times, simplifies your supply chain, and gives us direct control over quality at every step.
